A single platform for people in crisis
Homeless Connect Toronto needed a simple, reliable way to help individuals experiencing homelessness find essential services quickly.
Their existing resource lists were scattered across PDFs, outdated web pages, and external sites — making it difficult for people in crisis to locate nearby shelters, food programs, and support services.
They also faced challenges keeping information current, as updates required technical help and weren’t centralized. Everyday Connect was created to solve these problems by providing a single, easy-to-use digital platform with a filterable map, organized directory, and an admin-friendly backend that allows the team to manage and update resources effortlessly.
